Which printing company do you use?
Anything ordered through the gallery will be fulfilled through ProDPI, a highly rated US company. They offer many high quality print and mounting options with a quick turnaround. They take the utmost care to be sure your art arrives to you in great condition.
What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds?
All sales are final. Once the order is sent to the lab, it is printed too quickly to cancel it. Be sure to double check your crop, the preview, and all selections you made to be sure you will be happy with your order. Contact me with any questions BEFORE you submit your order if you are at all uncertain about anything. I want you to absolutely LOVE your art selection and display it with pride.
What if my art arrives damaged?
Keep all packaging and contact me immediately (within 7 days) so we can take care of it.
